This FAQ page is designed to give you clarity around our design process, timelines, printing, and wedding website offerings. We’ve answered the questions couples ask us most. How does the process work?
We begin with a consultation, design your pieces, refine together, then move into print or launch.
How much does each cost?
Do you use templates?
No. Every design is created from scratch and tailored specifically to each couple.
Can we do design only or print only?
Yes. You may choose design only, print only, or a full design + print experience.
Can you match an existing design or brand?
Absolutely. We can match colors, fonts, and styles or create something entirely new.
How far in advance should we start?
Save the Dates: 6–9 months before
Invitations: 3–5 months before mailing
Websites: Anytime after engagement
SAVE THE DATES
What Save the Date formats do you offer?
Flat cards, postcards, magnets, digital options, and custom concepts.
Can our Save the Dates match our invitations later?
Yes. Many couples carry the same design story through their entire suite.
Do you include envelopes and addressing?
Yes. Envelopes, guest addressing, and return addressing are available.
What information is needed for a Save the Date?
Names, wedding date, location, and wedding website domain name (if available).
How long does printing take?
Typically 7–14 business days. However, it could take longer depending on quantity and finishes.

What is included in an invitation suite?
Invitation, RSVP, details card, and envelopes. All fully customizable.
Do you offer luxury print finishes?
Yes. Foil, letterpress, embossing, specialty papers, and more.
Can you help with wording and etiquette?
Yes. We guide you through wording, formatting, and etiquette options.
How many invitations should we order?
Usually one per household, plus extras. We’ll help you calculate the right number.
Do you offer guest addressing?
Yes. We offer printed envelope addressing.

Are wedding websites custom designed?
Yes. Every website is designed specifically for each couple. No templates.

What domain will our website use?

Is hosting included?
Yes. Hosting is included for the agreed upon term.
Can we make updates after launch?
Yes. We can make updates for you as needed.
Is the website mobile friendly?
Yes. All sites are fully responsive and optimized for every device.
